A leading financial company is seeking a CRM Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the organization's CRM Dynamics systems.
• Lead a team of developers, including task allocation, guidance, and training.
• Lead technological projects from the specification phase to implementation.
• Collaborate with various departments within the organization to identify needs and provide tailored technological solutions.
• Perform quality control and adhere to high development standards.
• Manage versions and updates of the CRM system.
• Handle system issues and optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in development and management in a CRM Dynamics environment.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 technologies.
• Ability to lead complex technological teams and projects.
• Knowledge and experience working with interfaces and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with advanced development tools and technologies.
• High analytical skills and systemic thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
