Talent Acquisition Specialist

IBI Investment House, which is in constant growth, is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The role includes:

• Integration into the recruitment team that serves all group companies.
• Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment - opening positions with hiring managers, posting on various platforms, sourcing, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, writing evaluations, accompanying candidates and managers, conducting reference calls.
• Deep familiarity with all areas of the investment house's activities and assisting with other tasks for the Human Resources department.
• Full-time position, with overtime when needed, and one work-from-home day later on, coordinated with the direct supervisor.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – mandatory
• Previous experience in sourcing and recruitment (from a placement agency / HR / organization) up to two years – mandatory
• Familiarity with capital markets recruitment – significant advantage
• Familiarity with Adam system – advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
