Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from ideation through launch and beyond.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including feature updates and enhancements.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, maintaining transparency and responsiveness.
• Work closely with development, design, and product marketing teams to facilitate seamless product development.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a superior user experience.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking and implementing feedback.
• Conduct rigorous market research to identify opportunities and gaps in the product landscape.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies, driving a culture of innovation.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in privacy and compliance roles within SaaS companies, with product management experience being a significant advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of data governance principles, data classification, and global compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, NIST, etc.).
• Proven track record in developing cybersecurity tools that facilitate adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.
• Experience in risk assessment methodologies in the context of data governance and compliance.
• Strong ability to collaborate with technical teams, translating complex privacy and compliance requirements into actionable product features.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
