About the Role:

Adcore is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy leader to join our dynamic tech team as a Product manager. In this role, you will oversee various product-related aspects, from feature development to user experience. A key responsibility of this position is to engage existing and prospective clients, manage R&D projects, collaborate with clients to maximize the benefits of our solutions and manage their pain points, provide technical support, and enhance user experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Product Management: Design specs, collaborating with UI/UX teams, and managing the development process.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain seamless data flow.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Product QA: Oversee quality assurance processes for our products.
• Go-to-Market Activities: Develop and manage 'Go-to-Market' strategies for new product launches, including product positioning and messaging.
• KPIs and Success Metrics: Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators, and success metrics critical to our business and customers.
• Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities for both the business and our clients.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field - A Must
• 2-4 Years of Experience in a Customer Success Role within a B2B Software Company, Preferably Working with Medium-Sized Organizations
• Proficiency in High-Level English, Both Written and Oral
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Methodologies
• Good ability to pay attention to details
• Highly Organized with the Ability to Multitask Effectively
• Knowledge of the E-commerce Sector and Digital Marketing Industry - Preferred
• Experience in Working with Enterprise Clients Considered Beneficial
• Demonstrated Eagerness and Capability to Learn New Technologies

Working Hours:

Full-time position: Monday to Friday

Hybrid work mode with offices located in The Port of Tel Aviv.
