Location: Rosh Ha’ayin

What should you do?

• The Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Director is responsible for Overseeing all aspects of EHS programs, including risk assessments, incident investigations, safety training, and compliance audits.
• Ensuring the company complies with all relevant regulations and standards, preparing reports, and liaising with regulatory agencies.
• Implementing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) to ensure products and processes meet established standards, conducting internal audits, managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product and process quality.

What Should you have?

• A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, chemical engineer, material science or a related field is essential
• A master’s degree or higher in a specialized field like Business Administration (MBA), or Law is highly desirable
• At least 10-15 years of experience in EHS, regulatory compliance, quality management and/or ESG roles
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. Experience in a senior leadership role overseeing different programs in different fields.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO standards). Experience with regulatory bodies and compliance reporting.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for EHS initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and values.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
• A forward-thinking individual who can introduce innovative practices and technologies to improve EHS, regulatory compliance, QMS
