About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented Patent Paralegal to join our paralegal team. As a patent Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our intellectual property firm by assisting attorneys and clients in various IP-related matters. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end organization and management of IP case files;
• Maintain documents and emails;
• Monitor deadlines;
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and filed on time;
• Review and draft routine legal documents;
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders;
• Communication with client’s and foreign associates essentially by email.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in intellectual property law an advantage;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
• Native/High level in English and Hebrew [Excellent written and verbal communication skills];
• Attention to detail;
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
• Prior experience with Equinox, a plus.
