System Administrator

We're looking for an experienced professional to oversee and manage our server and storage infrastructure, both on-site and in the cloud. Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management and monitoring of server and storage infrastructure, both on-site and in the cloud.
• Installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Providing Tier 3 IT support to various business units.
• Offering solutions for complex IT challenges within the organization.
• Performing regular IT audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve the company's goals and vision.
• Adopting DevOps practices to drive automation and streamline routine tasks.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements, task automation, and exploring new technologies to enhance end-user experience.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in installing, managing, designing, and implementing VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x - mandatory.
• At least 3 years of practical experience with Windows Servers 2016/2019/2022, and various Linux distributions: CentOS, RedHat, and Ubuntu installation and management.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in server environments with up to 100 physical servers.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in managing, maintaining, and monitoring Microsoft server infrastructure, including services such as Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
• Practical experience with NAS/SAN storage devices: NetApp, QNAP, FreeNAS.
• Practical experience with Amazon AWS Cloud, including launching and managing EC2 instances, setting up VPCs, working with AMI, and managing S3 Storage.
• Practical experience in managing Azure Active Directory, O365, Exchange, SharePoint.
• Practical experience in managing Mac (iOS/Apple), JAMF (or other Apple MDM).
• Proven scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Batch).
• Proven experience in project management, integrating technologies and services within a medium-large company.
• High-level troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - mandatory.

• Practical experience with backup and DR technologies, particularly with VEEAM Backup and Replication.
