About the Role:

As our Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in defining and delivering our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You'll bridge the gap between market needs, business goals, and technical capabilities, ensuring that our products deliver exceptional value to our users. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and analyze user data to identify opportunities and prioritize product features.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make informed trade-off decisions.
• Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends to continuously improve the product.
• Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
• Advocate for the user and ensure a user-centric approach in all product activities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-focused company (preferably in fintech or mobile products).
• Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• A passion for creating user-centric products and a drive to make a positive impact.
