Management Development Lead, R&D

Job Description

• Lead the operational sides of all projects, while understanding the strategic purpose behind them and their long term impacts
• Support managerial internal mobility processes
• Work closely with senior leadership and different teams within Wix R&D
• Build, track and maintain relevant data
• Handle all administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, booking rooms, confirming attendance, and arranging catering
  
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Business/HR operations or Project Management at a high-tech company
• Demonstrated success in implementing and managing complex projects from beginning to end
• Experience in working with senior leadership
• Background in HR functions such as Business Partners, Organizational Development, Recruitment, People Operations, or People Analytics, or have a HR mindset – an advantage
• Leadership experience or prior management roles – an advantage
  
  

About The Team

The R&D guild is the biggest guild in Wix, which is made up of FED, Server, Mobile, Production, Data Engineering and other guilds. The R&D Leadership team is a unique combination of R&D leaders, HR managers, organizational developers and an operations manager, all working together to make sure leads, employees and teams have growth opportunities and positive experiences.

The Organizational Development (OD) team is where you’ll have weekly meetings and learn best practices for organizational development and learning. Together, we’re shaping Wix R&D in a constantly evolving business environment, creating tailor-made courses for R&D managers and team leads, and building plans to promote diversity within R&D, like mentorship programs and Women on Stage training. We also build cross R&D processes to help offer relevant growth opportunities to managers and individual contributors, and hold leadership forums to create agendas and work closely with managers across Wix.
