Marketing Graphic Designer

radd. is looking for a Creative Marketing Designer with outstanding conceptual and visual design skills as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing across multiple channels.

As a creative Marketing Designer at radd., you will have the opportunity to take part in turning big ideas into features and dealing with the continuous challenge of making the complicated simple by working with the various company departments.

You’ll join our Marketing team based in our headquarters, in Haifa and TLV, Israel, and work closely with our NYC-based marketing team.

In your role you will be responsible to:

• Own and design marketing assets and visual materials for our website, produce infographics, slide decks, print assets, conferences, social media, swag and more.
• Play a significant role in implementing, incorporating, and end-to-end adoption of our brand, Develop our radd. brand identity, standards, and brand management tools as needed.
• Communicate ideas and concepts clearly.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, Developers, PR, video, design to gather information, understand the end goals and strategize communication approaches.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be:

• Imaginative, positive, creative, and curious.
• Thoughtful and fun to work with.
• 3+ years of relevant multidisciplinary design experience (experience from a SaaS company - Must).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience - preferred.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product and marketing teams.
• Expertise with design tools such as Sketch, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, but skilled in creating lo-fi prototypes and sketches (whiteboards, post-it’s, etc).
• You know how to give and receive constructive criticism, and are willing to apply it to improve your work.
• Present a portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions.
• High level of English, and comfortable with extensive communication - verbal and written.
