Securities and Compliance Lead

Nova FIN Group is looking for a Securities and Compliance Lead.

The role is an important part of Nova’s Headquarter Finance Division. We aim to deliver accurate and on-time reporting to our investors in the capital markets and provide business and compliance support to the company and its global subsidiaries.

You will join Nova's Finance division in this role, reporting to the Chief Legal Counsel. You will become Nova Group’s Securities and Compliance Lead. You will be expected to prepare relevant filings under SEC and ISA rules, identify regulatory risks, and manage their mitigation, all in close coordination with the company’s management team and with the assistance of external counsels, where required. The role also includes responsibility for corporate legal guidance and support of the Privacy process in Nova, on a global basis.

What you will be doing

• The main focal point for coordinating and drafting the legal parts of the company’s Form 20-F.
• Legal business partner of C-level corporate functions, including preparing relevant filings under SEC and ISA rules.
• Lead supervisor of Nova’s internal enforcement plan.
• Lead the company’s regulatory compliance processes, including global Privacy.
• Control over relevant legal budgets.

Requirements

• Licensed Lawyer- must
• 7+ years of experience in Securities reporting and compliance, Experience with Nasdaq or dual listed company – must.
• Experience with regulatory compliance global processes – a must
• High level of English – spoken & written - must
• Business orientation and ability to work with executive-level
• Ability to own and lead teamwork processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and Teamwork
