Job Description
- Analyze customer׳s use-cases and model them into actionable recommendations within the product, offer solutions, present demos, and provide documentation and training
- Support our customer’s business requirements gathering
- Lead business case meetings with global customers
- Support new integration patterns of the product with 3rd party’s technologies
- Provide ongoing analysis support for our customers’ including data analysis, use case optimization etc.
- Reproduce customers’ scenarios to mitigate product gaps and new features
Requirements
- BA/B.Sc. in Information Systems /Industrial Engineering or another quantitative knowledge
- 2 years of experience as a business analyst from B2B Industries
- Experience working with global customers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter, Self-motivated and independent
- Willingness to work with customers in different time-zones
- English proficiency
Advantages:
- Experience in the Authorization industry and Access management systems
- Familiarity with various organizational systems and platforms
- Knowledge of Databases and APIs
- Experience in producing effective requirements document
- Experience as a data analyst from your military service
