• Brand Awareness- Crafting the brand story, distinguishing the brand from competitors, and positioning it as the premier solution for small to medium-sized businesses
• SMBs self-onboarding - Enabling business customers to self-register for the Okoora product without the involvement of sales teams
• Lead and oversee all marketing operations, including brand management, market research, content strategy, digital marketing, and public relations.
• Drive customer acquisition initiatives, leveraging innovative tactics and channels to attract and retain a diverse client base.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the European market, understanding local nuances to tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, ensuring a cohesive brand message and customer experience.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear goals and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a B2B SaaS experience - adventage
• Experience as a "Brand Awareness" and "SMBs self-onboarding", specializing in attracting new customers to the system
• Proven experience as a Marketing manager or in a similar leadership role within the marketing domain.
• Strong background in customer acquisition, especially in the SMB sector.
• Extensive experience in the European market, with a deep understanding of diverse cultural and business practices.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
