We seek a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager with a proven track record in the gaming industry. You are an entrepreneurial thinker, a problem solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your innovative approach and dedication to building products from A to Z will be crucial to our success.

What will you do at Veryo Studios?

• Design & Develop new game features from concept to execution.
• Analyze data to understand player behavior and enhance the gaming experience.
• Collaborate with art, development, marketing, and data teams to deliver polished game updates.
• Stay updated and immersed in the gaming market.
• Drive monetization strategies and plan live operations to maximize revenue and player retention.
• Oversee game submissions and management in app stores to optimize for visibility and user acquisition.
• Play a key role in developing the product roadmap to align with company goals and market trends.
• Work with Rewarded Videos (RVs) and In-App Purchases (IAP) to enhance user experience and revenue.
• Take full ownership of the product life cycle from ideation to post-launch optimization and market success.
• Drive monetization and live ops strategies to maximize game profitability.

Must-Have:

• At least three years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry.
• Proven record of shipping impactful features
• Strong understanding of game development processes and project management methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and takes extreme ownership of projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Technical knowledge to understand complex systems and discuss with engineers.
• Experience with Firebase.
• Familiarity with managing apps in the store.
• Strong analytical competencies to drive product decisions and optimizations.
• Demonstrated experience in executing and owning projects from start to finish.
• Affinity and experience with mid-core games, especially tower defense.
• Proven experience in monetization and live operations strategies.

Advantage:

• Background in analytics and game economy design.
• Ability to analyze data independently.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and the Scrum framework.
• Experience in other disciplines such as programming or art.
• A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming market.
