Role Overview:

As a Business Operations Manager, you will join our team in our Tel Aviv office. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Senior Management, to drive operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales , CS and other departments to streamline workflows and ensure seamless operations.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Project Management: Plan, oversee, and coordinate business operations projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement metrics to track the performance of business operations and report on key insights to senior management.
• Salesforce administration: Maintain CRM hygiene, create reports, dashboards and alerts to monitor team and company performance, and suggest process improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
  
  

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in business operations, project management collaborating with GTM teams in a tech company.
• Skills: Strong analytical, data-driven, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of business metrics, as well as a strong overall business acumen.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with data and technology to drive operational improvements.
• Softwares: Excel, Asana/Monday, Salesforce/Hubspot.
