Software Project Manager

A medium-sized development company in Modi'in

is looking to add a software project manager to its team.

The company is growing and seeks to bring on board professional, innovative,

and visionary individuals!

Required Skills:

 Proven experience in project management within software development

and specification.

 Ability to plan, execute, and manage projects with technical knowledge

and according to business requirements.

 Capability to manage time, resources, and budget for multiple projects

simultaneously.

 Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, and the ability to

build relationships with customers and external partners.

 Significant advantage for experience in GIS development projects.

Required Professional and Social Skills:

 Relevant academic degrees from a university/Technion – a huge

advantage.

 Degree in industrial engineering and management – a huge advantage!

 At least 4 years of experience in project management is required.

 At least 4 years of experience in analyzing complex systems and

continuous work with clients, including specification meetings, business

process analysis, and writing business and technical specification

documents.

 Assertiveness.

 Ability to distinguish between the essential and the non-essential.

 Capability to lead as a driver, not as a result.

 Ability to work independently and in a team.

 Analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and dedication to the

role.

 Multitasking capability.

 Independent learning ability and ambition.

 Very high interpersonal communication skills.

 Excellent interpersonal relations and empathy.

 High-level English proficiency.
