We are looking for an Engineering Excellence Leader to join our Engineering Operation team. This role will focus on promoting and ensuring excellence in all our engineering practices, processes, and outcomes with a strong emphasis on KPI measurement and tracking related to technological health metrics.

What You Will Spending Time Of

• Develop and implement efficient engineering processes to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation.
• Identify, develop, and track KPIs specifically related to engineering practices, technological health, and outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to foster skill development and maintain high technical standards.
• Ensure that engineering work meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Encourage and support engineering teams to explore new technologies, methodologies, and approaches to problem-solving.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between engineering teams and other departments.
  
  

• Proven experience leading and overseeing complex engineering projects.
• Proficient in software development concepts, technologies, and architectures, including programming languages, frameworks, databases, and other technical tools and platforms.
• Ability to create, track, and analyze KPIs related to engineering excellence and technological health.
• Deep understanding of the organization's goals, the specific context of the engineering domain, and the desired outcomes.
• A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Track record of driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, build strong relationships, and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Adaptable and resourceful in responding to unexpected events.
