Finance & Revenue Operations

Experience Level: Mid-Level (3-4 years of relevant experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and will have a strong background in managing accounts receivables, work relationship with customers and internal stakeholders, experience with CRM and BI tools and a solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping. 

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot CRM to improve processes data integrity and analytics
• Work closely with GTM teams, including customer success, partnerships and finance to report/ track KPIs and OKRs for the GTM team
• Manage integrations and automate manual processes for the finance/cs/sales team
• Manage and expand the global billing & collection operations
• Resolve Invoice discrepancies and disputes
• Work with the bookkeeping and accounting team to ensure accurate cash application is done in a timely manner and resolve unrecognized payments
• Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information
• Work closely with the internal team to escalate issues and drive cashflow
• Undertake special projects and ad hoc reports as needed/requested 

Requirements

• Completed a degree in finance/economics/business management preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3-4 years of experience in similar role (preferably in B2B SAAS company)
• Excellent English – written and spoken
• Ability to follow directions, meet strict deadlines, and work independently
• Thrive on high intensity work environment and with a large customer portfolio
• Working knowledge of Priority ERP
• Experience with BI tools and Dashboards
• Experience with Billing softwares - a plus
• Experience with Hubspot CRM - a must
