Project Manager for CRM Dynamics Projects

Responsibilities:

• Managing CRM Dynamics projects from the planning stage to launch.
• Understanding business requirements and designing technological solutions accordingly.
• Coordinating and collaborating with internal departments and development teams.
• Monitoring project budget, timeline, and status.
• Providing support and training to users within the organization to ensure full system adoption.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in real-time during the project.
• Working with external vendors and consulting services to ensure project quality.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant CRM standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in managing CRM Dynamics projects.
• In-depth understanding of CRM systems, preferably Dynamics.
• Proven project management skills, including the ability to work with project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
• Advantage for candidates with project management certifications (PMP, Agile).
