Mechanical Engineer

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care: from the hospital to the home.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Mechanical team in the R&D department.

Job Description:

Mechanical design of multidisciplinary medical devices and accessories with a focus on mechanisms’ development and injection molded plastics design. Drive all the mechanical aspects of design and development of new products, while supporting the company’s current product portfolio.

Direct Manager: Mechanics Manager

·Education: BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from a well-known university – a must.

· Job Skills:

o At least 5 years of proven work experience in mechanical product design.

o At least 3 years of proven work experience in designing accurate driving mechanisms (a must).

o A proven track record of carrying a design from concept to production.

o Skill at creating and maintaining accurate documentation of concepts, designs, drawings, and processes.

o Understanding and knowledge of the medical device regulations and standards (an advantage).

o Hands-on experience with building and assembling mechanical components.

· Computer Skills:

o Excellent hands-on experience with SolidWorks/PDM.

o Full control of Microsoft Office applications.

· Language skills: Fluent English (written and verbal)

· Personality: Excellent interpersonal relationship; self-motivated; independent; able to work under pressure, team player, 'out of the box' thinker.
