About the Role

• Manage a global AI Engineering team, including AI and Perception algorithm team, Data generation, Data Engineering and DevOps teams,
• Manage the entire AI-Based product development cycle, from the idea and concept generation to MVP and production release.
• Set working methodologies, tools, and common research environment. Ensure the team adheres to top-tier engineering standards.
• Incorporate best practices in ML Ops to enhance model lifecycle processes.
• Engage in a cross-functional organization, with product and engineering teams to ensure harmonized objectives and seamless product and solution integration.
• Manage the successful design, architecture, development, and deployment of visionary AI and perception solutions.
• Manage the successful design, architecture, development, and deployment of visionary Data Platform, delivering an E2E Data infrastructure to support global integration and operation with customers.
• People Manager -Recruiting, evaluating, career developing and personal care for the entire team members.
• Mentor Team Leaders and Individual contributors, providing them with avenues for professional growth.
• Define and share clear roadmap, set goals and milestones, aligned with company objectives.

Skills-

• An expert in computer vision and machine learning algorithm management
• Ability to perform advanced paper reviews, prioritize new technologies evaluation and feasibility implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in delivery complex computer vision and machine learning systems in production.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Minimum of 10 years in computer vision and machine learning, encompassing algorithm development and software engineering
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of computer vision techniques and machine learning frameworks.
• Leadership: Minimum of 7 years experience in managing technical teams in dynamic environments.
