Job Description:

As our Junior Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing our digital presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

So what will you do on a daily basis?

• Execute marketing strategy across various platforms.
• Manage and grow our social media presence
• Plan and execute online and offline events
• Create engaging content for our online channels
• Collaborate with team members / partners / clients to align marketing efforts with company goals
• Contribute fresh ideas to drive innovation in our marketing approach

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years experience in marketing fields (B2B - advantage)
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Hebrew & English
• A self-motivated, result-driven, enthusiastic, team player with great interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with startups or in the entrepreneurial ecosystem is a plus
