Role Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer who will lead our tech strategy and operations.

This role involves designing and setting up the new technology division. The CTO will be instrumental in shaping our technological direction, driving innovation, and ensuring operating system resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy and Innovation: Define and execute the company's technological vision. Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend, construct, and implement solutions that align with business needs
• Technical Architecture and Infrastructure: Design and manage technical architecture and infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
• Research and Development (R&D): Drive R&D efforts, experiment with new technologies, and foster a culture of innovation within the technology team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other executives to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with various development methodologies, including designing, implementing, and adapting solutions effectively.
• Experience in leading, planning, and implementing cloud-based solutions.
• Strong project and team management skills.
• Experience with ONPREM solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration.
• Experience with Node.js-based systems.
• Expertise in database systems and management.
• Full proficiency in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Experience in e-commerce solutions and technologies.
• Knowledge of resilience and security solutions.
• DevOps Familiarity - Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
• Capability of managing IT operations and infrastructure.
• Experience in analyzing and managing security and infrastructure events, including retrospective analysis.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in task and issue management solutions such as JIRA and Zendesk.
• Experience in technology consulting and advising on strategic technology decisions.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and their integration into business processes.
