Information security specialist

We're looking for a WAF Specialist to join our team in a big company.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and maintain Web Application Firewalls (WAF) to protect web applications from cyber threats.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and other security systems.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure network security best practices are implemented and maintained.
• Conduct threat and risk analysis to identify potential security issues and vulnerabilities.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents and breaches, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Utilize communication equipment and protocol analysis tools to diagnose and resolve network security issues.
• Follow and enhance incident response processes to manage and mitigate security incidents effectively.

Requirements:

-2 years of experience working with security systems such as WAF, DBFW, SIEM, and Firewalls.

-Familiarity with communication equipment and expertise in protocol analysis.

-Strong ability to analyze cyber threats and risks, and experience in incident response and management.

-Experience with the MITRE ATT&CK framework - an advantage.

-Proven ability to track and handle security incidents effectively - an advantage.
