Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Tech Talent Acquisition specialist in a leading fintech company. The role involves recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding tech professionals, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs. Some remote work is acceptable in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with Linkedin sourcing - Boolean search
- Experience in tech recruiting for r&d, product, sales
- Experience with phone interviews
- Ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently
- Knowledge of tech industry trends and talent requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
