Job Description Summary

The Business Unit IT Program Manager supports the Business Unit Digital Manager and is responsible for strategic planning, portfolio and execution management, performance and technology business management and leadership guidance.

There are two IT program managers, this job focuses on the business domains of finance, marketing, HR and legal.

Responsibilities:

The Business Unit IT Program Manager will focus on supporting our marketing, finance, HR and legal departments, by:

• Maintaining business partner relationships with the relevant departments and business unit stakeholders to ensure business objectives are being met.
• Build and lead the execution of the yearly business plan, maximizing the effectiveness of the digital group and maximizing value to the business unit.
• Develop business unit strategy roadmaps (for his respective domain) that connect business unit initiatives to digital platforms and communicates IT initiatives to business stakeholders.
• Maintaining ongoing relationships with the relevant central platforms.
• Lead the relevant BU co-located delivery team to maximize the impact of digital.

The successful candidate will have broad IT technical knowledge relating to the business unit value stream and strong project management capabilities and leadership skills.

The BU IT Program Manager can act as BU Digital Manager delegate if needed and provides other support within the BU IT leadership team as required.

• Knowledge of upstream value chain and broad technical knowledge of IT solutions.
• Knowledge in some of the key focus area for this role (from IT/Digital perspective): Finance, marketing/sales, HR.
