Controller

We are looking for a Controller for a startup company!

In your role as a Controller, you will make a significant contribution to the company's growth. You will be responsible for the company’s financial planning, reporting and controls, cash management, accounting, auditing, and taxes. You will work closely with all departments, implement processes and analyze financial metrics.

About The Role:

Manage all monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated closings, including account reconciliations, accrual schedules, and general journal entries, ensuring that reconciliations are performed accurately and on-time

Cash flow control includes billing, collection, payments to vendors, and ongoing communication with banks

Manage Israeli and foreign subsidiaries' payrolls

Manage cooperation with the company's auditors on the annual audit and tax filing

Tracking and maintaining record of the outsourced bookkeeping functions

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience post internship as a controller in start-up company - MUST!!

A proven experience as Controller in a start-up company reporting directly to a CFO

CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm-MUST (high-tech department is a plus)

Knowledge and experience with US GAAP

Comfortable building relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within the company

Fluent in English (writing and speaking) – Must

High proficiency with Excel

Proactive and excited by getting things done

Has attention to details, and great time management skills

A true team player willing to work under pressure
