Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a ‘Cloud Sales Operations Specialist’ to join our CSP Operations Team.

Who has a passion for Security solutions and Operations, who has a desire to lead diverse projects and roll out creative ideas to help and grow the business with us.

We integrate with all Cloud Public providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieves ongoing understanding of the Cloud Marketplace to operationalize strategies for new and existing offering potential opportunities.
• Compiles market analysis and business case development for new offering opportunities
• Provide operational support and maintain relationships with the sales teams at all levels
• Develop and implement quarterly and yearly business metrics
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards
• Support different teams using sales tools and day to day operations
• Maintain and update cloud sales processes and procedures

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales operations/business analytics/project management
• B.Sc. Graduate in a relevant field.
• A problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions and getting things done.
• Data analysis experience, including expertise in different BI/analytical tools.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically
• Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities/multiple projects
• Demonstrated expertise in business financials.
• Proven verbal and written communications skills in English.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with Salesforce and SAP – highly recommended
• Knowledge of the Cloud technologies, and Cloud Security – highly preferred
• Team player spirit!
