Overview

The Electrical Engineer at Skyline Robotics is a multi-disciplinary role that involves many fields from Electrical Engineering such as communications, analog circuits, waves, signal processing,  power delivery, programming and board design. 

We are looking for a talented & ambitious Engineer who is an all-around player and who is not afraid of new challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for designing electrical circuits, integrating new components to the robot’s software, and taking a significant part in the overall development of the robot that will change a whole industry.

Responsibilities

• You will be designing communications systems and chains, ensuring the delivery of high speed data in a harsh, noisy environment over large distances.
• You will be responsible for integrating new sensors, controllers and imaging devices to the robotic system using DSP tools.
• You will be designing and integrating motion control systems.
• You will be responsible for designing and integrating power electronics circuits.
• You will be designing electrical circuits (Analog & Digital) in Skyline Robotics products.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering (MS.c. or higher – advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Analog/Board design or other Electrical Engineering Hardware role.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary systems & products bring-ups.
• Experience with lab equipment and measurement devices such as Oscilloscope and Spectrum Analyzer.
• Experience in Analog circuits or RF design.
• Hands on attitude.
• Knowledge in C++ / Python (ROS – advantage).
• Team player and highly motivated.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
