Full Stack Engineer

A startup company developing a multidisciplinary product based on Big Data and Deep Learning, integrating cameras and sensor fusion technology. This product is installed on ships to provide the crew with a real-time situational awareness display of their surroundings, aiding in decision-making. Additionally, the system collects and learns data, providing business insights to fleet managers.

The company has major clients in the maritime and shipyard industries who have implemented their solutions fleet-wide. Recently, they signed an agreement with one of the world's largest shipping companies and expect to triple their scale.

Funded with $40 million, their latest round in May 2024 raised $23 million.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, next to a train station, and offers a hybrid work model. They have 50 employees.

Role Description:

Joining as part of the team, focusing on Full Stack development with an emphasis on the client side (60-40). The work will include advanced development in Angular for the client side, and Python for the backend, in an AWS environment with microservices, K8s, and Postgres in a data-intensive setting.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience as a Full-Stack developer in large scale environment.
• Working experience with Python and Angular
• Knowledge in databases like MongoDB, Postgres, Elasticsearch etc.
• Experience with microservices architecture, and tools like Docker, Rabbit, Kafka etc.
• Working with web services and good understanding of network concepts
