Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager at Mano Maritime in Haifa.

In this position, you will play a key role in overseeing import and export operations, driving sales, enhancing customer relations, and streamlining operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team across import, export, operations, and sales departments.
• Build robust relationships with agents to efficiently manage import and export tasks.
• Negotiate with global shipping firms to obtain competitive rates and superior service.
• Interact with existing customers to increase import and export operations and cultivate new client relationships.
• Oversee and generate pricing quotations.
• Monitor departmental procedures and execute necessary enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or logistics.
• Knowledge of international maritime transport regulations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent in English.
