Your Role
As our Co-Founder & CRO, you'll be a critical partner in shaping the future of our company. You'll lead the charge in driving revenue growth and establishing our brand as a leader in the cybersecurity space. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Leading the Charge: Take ownership of the entire marketing, sales, and business development strategy for our SaaS cybersecurity startup.
- Building Partnerships: Forge strategic collaborations with distributors, MSSPs, cyber consulting firms, and relevant industry communities.
- Shaping Our Brand: Partner with the team to build a strong brand identity, develop a compelling marketing strategy, and execute a winning go-to-market plan.
- Growing the Team: Lead and establish a high-performing sales or business development department to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in SaaS go-to-market strategy and operations.
- 6-8 Years of Management: Experience leading senior managers and building high-performing teams.
- Strong Analytical & Operational Skills: Data-driven decision-making is essential.
- 3+ Years in Cybersecurity Startups: Deep experience in a product company's marketing/sales/business development is a must.
- Global Market Experience: Demonstrated success in US, Canada, EMEA, and UK cybersecurity markets.
- Seed Startup Experience: Experience in a seed-stage company or early-stage startup environment is highly valued.
- B2B, B2B2C, B2G Experience: A significant advantage.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for building something from the ground up and driving rapid growth.
- Brand Building, Marketing Strategy, and GTM Expertise: Proven ability to create and execute effective marketing and go-to-market plans.
