Sales Support Manager

HR Maritime, a leading maritime security company providing services and solutions for safe sailing of commercial and passenger vessels, is looking to hire a sales support manager to support our business growth.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the company’s CRM platform, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing the sales team with leads, insights and overall support.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Daily management of company’s CRM, working closely with sales managers to updating contacts, communications and ongoing business dealings.

·      Identifying and analyzing growth opportunities within companies existing clients, providing sales team with a weekly pipeline of qualified leads.

·      Qualifying, prioritizing and assigning new prospects to sales managers, supporting sales team throughout the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and beyond.

·      Daily follow up with sales managers

·      Identifying categories of potential growth and pitching them to company management.

·      Providing administrative support to company’s CEO

Knowledge and Experience:

Bachlor’s degree in business management or engineering.

Understanding of sales processes and new business

Strong analytical skills

Comfortable with CRM software,

Attention to detail is a must

Team oriented, able to work and follow up with senior team members

Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading, writing)

Experience in managing sales support a huge plus

Knowledge and experience in the maritime environment, maritime security experience is a huge plus
