Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our guests and employees.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Be responsible of internal data bases and excel files of Facilities department.
• Organize and coordinate administration duties, and ensure the flow of the office management, including deliveries, maintenance and upkeep of office equipment, food, and furniture
• Be the focal point for various vendors such as office equipment, groceries, refreshments, etc.
  
  

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, including English.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer service attitude
