Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and innovative Co-Founder specializing in Applied Research AI. This role involves taking cutting-edge research papers in machine learning, computer vision, deep learning, transformers, and diffusion models, and implementing these advancements in our robotic systems. The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker with the ability to translate theoretical research into practical, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the applied research efforts, focusing on integrating the latest AI advancements into our robotic systems.
• Stay updated with the latest research in machine learning, computer vision, deep learning, transformers, and diffusion models.
• Develop and implement algorithms that enhance the functionality, safety, and efficiency of our robots.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the company, helping to shape the future of our robotic technologies.

Requirements:

• MSc or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Robotics, or a related field.
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and related areas.
• Experience with implementing research papers into practical applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and relevant AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Passion for robotics and a keen interest in developing cutting-edge technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.

Compensation: This role is performance-based and tied to progress, with compensation structured around equity percentages and milestone-based pay. As we are currently in a bootstrap phase, the position is ideal for someone who is excited about the opportunity to shape the future of robotics and grow with the company.
