Legal Counsel

Seeking Alpha is looking for an exceptional Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team!

The position will report to the General Counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing legal guidance to all company departments
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts (services agreements, licensing agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, DPAs, etc.)
• Review marketing and website materials (advertisement campaigns, terms & conditions, etc.)
• Keep up-to-date on regulatory developments and oversee compliance
• Draft policies and work on their implementation within the organization

Qualifications

• LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar
• 5+ years of legal practice
• In-house legal experience at an international company, focusing on the marketing and product teams
• Experience with contracts law, consumer protection laws, marketing guidelines, data protection & privacy
• Advantage: experience with the regulatory framework applicable to publishers of financial content
• Ability to provide practical business-oriented legal advice
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
• Strong attention to detail
