We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Development Manager to lead our team of talented front-end developers. This role is crucial in guiding the development of our web, mobile, and Kiosk applications, ensuring high-quality, user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-end technologies, a track record of managing teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage two teams of at least 8 full stack developers.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and support professional development.
• Write efficient and optimized code while ensuring code quality through testing and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identify and fix performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with other teams (e.g., UX/UI, back-end developers, product management) to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical direction and hands-on support in front-end development.
  
  

• Minimum of 8 years of front-end development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, managing at least 5 developers.
• Proven experience managing a team of developers and delivering complex web and mobile applications.
• Experience with a multi-tenant SAAS system
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with mobile application development.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and full-stack development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Docker architecture
• Experience with microservice-oriented architecture
• Experience with MongoDB
• Excellent English communication skills
• BS in computer science or equivalent
