System Administrator

Who We Are Looking For:

Are you a seasoned System Administrator ready to take your skills to the next level? With 5 years of solid experience in Windows system administration and troubleshooting, our ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. You should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with:

• Administration of Windows end user machines and Mac OS X
• Managing Office365/Google Workspace
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting
• Proficient in cloud management including Azure, Microsoft Entra, Intune, Jumpcloud, and Okta
• Strong background in networking/security including Wi-Fi, network security, firewalls, EDR, and Antivirus systems
• Experience in virtualization technologies, especially VMware and Hyper-V

Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience with Fortigate administration, Active Directory, and general networking, plus at least 1 year of experience supporting Linux environments.

What You Will Do:

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware solutions.
• Manage servers and server labs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle user accounts, access permissions, and workstation setups.
• Deliver exceptional day-to-day service via our Helpdesk.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and outages promptly.
• Fortify security measures through rigorous access controls, backups, and firewall management.
• Keep our systems cutting-edge by upgrading with new releases and models.
• Grow your expertise and share knowledge, training staff on new technologies and ensuring smooth 1st tier Linux support.

• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English, comfortable in a multilingual setting.
