About the opportunity:

ROOMS is seeking a talented site manager to oversee and operate our co-working space in Ra'anana, leading our amazing team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with extensive management experience, a strong drive for front-line service, and the ability to initiate and continuously improve in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Daily Management and Operations:

• Manage and develop the team of employees in the co-working space.
• Address operational issues and respond to the daily needs of our clients.
• Serve as the liaison between the co-working space and ROOMS headquarters.
• Collaborate with various company departments – HR, marketing, accounting, operations, sales, etc., to ensure the site meets its goals.

Customer Service:

• Maintain and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Be available and responsive to client inquiries and questions.
• Handle complaints and manage conflicts.
• Create a pleasant and supportive environment for clients and staff.

Marketing and Sales:

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients to the site.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and retain them.
• Oversee sales efforts and implement solutions to improve site occupancy.

Financial Management:

• Manage the site budget and expenses.
• Analyze and understand financial reports.
• Ensure profitability and meet the company's financial targets.

Maintenance and Property Management:

• Supervise the ongoing maintenance of the site, including repairs and cleaning.
• Manage the inventory of equipment and furniture in the site.
• Work with external service providers.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of front-line customer service experience.
• 4+ years of experience in team management / leading a business unit.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with CRM systems – an advantage.
• High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and clear message delivery both in writing and verbally.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and build winning teams.
• High versatility and general understanding in team development, sales, customer service, finance, marketing, etc.
• Ability to provide efficient and creative solutions quickly.
• Analytical skills, organizational skills, and good time management.
• Sales experience – an advantage.
• Background in hospitality/restaurant management – an advantage.
