Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, administer, and support enterprise-level IT systems.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect systems and data.
• Educate end-users on security best practices and awareness.
• Lead intelligent platform monitoring, analyze alerts, and resolve them or escalate solutions to the relevant parties.
• Provide troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues related to servers, network, cloud, business applications and database services.
  
  

• Proven experience in IT network management and administration.
• Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and support of Windows Server systems.
• Implementation of cost-effective cloud infrastructure and service provisioning on AWS platform – strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SQL Server and database basic knowledge.
• English language – a must, Spanish – advantage.
