Planner - Deliver Material Control for All Design Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Requests: Submit PR (Procurement Request) for engineering needs.

Quotation Management: Receive and review quotations from suppliers or buyers.

Approval Coordination: Follow up with approvers to ensure timely processing.

Order Tracking: Monitor and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO).

Delivery Documentation: Track and manage Delivery Documents (DD).

Voucher Submission: Submit vouchers for material issuance.

Stakeholder Communication: Interface with various stakeholders, including buyers, planners, DE-HW (Design Engineering - Hardware), Cage, integrators, vendors, VS (Vendor Support), EDOC (Engineering Document Control), and finance.

Job Requirements:

Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in planning and procurement, focusing on material and inventory control for engineering projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and familiarity with inventory management and planning software.

Personal Attributes: Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Organizational Skills: Ability to track and manage items and schedules, including monitoring approvals and purchase orders (PO).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Industrial Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related area.

Additional Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
