XTEND is looking for a dynamic & detail-oriented NPI Manager to join our team and drive the future of our products.

As an NPI Manager at XTEND, you will:

• Lead the Charge: Transition our revolutionary products from development to full-scale production with precision and efficiency.
• Own the BOM: Manage and optimize the Bill of Materials, ensuring every component is accounted for and ready for action.
• Document the Future: Craft comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed assembly and testing procedures that set the standard for excellence.
• Drive Quality: Issue Engineering Change Orders and participate in product maturation, guaranteeing our products meet and exceed quality assurance requirements.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in a hardware development and manufacturing company.
• Experience in multidisciplinary R&D and engineering processes.
• High technical capabilities, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of your discipline and a broad knowledge of others.
• Ability to analyze, investigate, and document procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems and CAD software (PDM and PRIORITY).
• Understanding of development and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with assembly documentation and Engineering Change Orders.
• A people person, self-learner, and able to work well under pressure.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
  
  

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles.
• Experience with robotics, RF systems, or FPV drones.
