TCM Technologies LTD is hiring Director Information Security for The light rail project ib Jerusalem
Responsibilities
- Analysis of tenders, characterization of requirements, integration of new requirements from internal policies or internal regulations, allocation of requirements to subsystems and monitoring of compliance.
- Development of a cyber security management plan, general and detailed cyber security designs, cyber security risk analysis and cyber security policy.
- Ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations
- Performing cyber security risk assessments and developing a cyber security risk management plan.
- Management of cyber security providers.
- Leading the development of the information security management system (ISMS).
- Auditing and collaboration in verifying compliance with requirements (T&C).
- Supervision of the repair of security breaches and their correction.
- Sharing and implementing the work methodology of the project.
Qualifications
- Experience in the role of information security manager / CISO
- Knowledge of IT and OT cyber security solutions.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management and team leadership.
- Project management and problem solving skills
- CISSP / CISM / CEH Certification - an advantage
