Location: Holon (Hybrid)

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up on execution – monitoring the implementation of management decisions and action items.
• Take part in strategic processes and decisions at the C level.
• Participation in meetings and writing summaries and protocols.
• Information preparation – prepare presentations, business documents, and other materials as needed.
• Data analysis – collect and analyze business information.
• Communication liaison – interface with parties within and outside of the company.

Desired Skills And Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role - Significant advantage.
• Industrial engineering/Economics degree -Must.
• Experience in the commercial business field (contact, negotiations) - Advantage.
• Experience in High–tech companies - Advantage.
• Experience in working in international organizations - Advantage.
• Experience in working with C levels.
• Full-time job willing to work unusual hours/over time.
• Native or fluent English – Must.
• Financial Background - Advantage.
• High level of MS Office suite.
