System Implementation Specialist

We are hiring a NetSuite Implementation Specialist for a biotech company

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert solutions and support for NetSuite ERP financial and procurement modules to users worldwide.
• Act as the main point of contact for finance teams.
• Oversee the financial aspects of the NetSuite ERP system across global operations.
• Led the implementation of financial change requests, managing end-to-end financial processes and projects within the ERP environment.
• Analyze, characterize, and implement ERP solutions to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Develop and customize financial functionalities within ERP systems to meet business requirements.
• Ensure project delivery within stipulated timeframes and budgets, upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Manage remote communication effectively using technological platforms, fostering collaboration and teamwork across different time zones.
• Coordinate with external resources, including vendors and consultants, to support financial ERP implementations and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields – Mandatory. Accounting – Big advantage.
• Proven experience of 4+ years in hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation, with a strong focus on financial and procurement modules and processes – Mandatory.
• Project management experience, including managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders – Advantage.
• Service-oriented attitude with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers worldwide.
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry – Advantage.
• Fluent in English – Mandatory.
