Project Manager & Customer Success

Job Description:

Eurofins-Limed is recruiting a dedicated Project Manager & Customer Success to manage the end-to-end process of scientific testing projects, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

The Project Manager & Customer Success assumes responsibility for overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

They play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication and documentation accessibility for sales team, clients, and labs.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Simultaneously manage routine projects and key customer projects, ensuring all are completed within specified deadlines and budget constraints.
• Effective Collaboration with Sales Team: Work effectively with the sales team to ensure alignment on client expectations, project scopes, and timelines.
• Coordination: Plan, organize, and lead project meetings, including the preparation of reports and monitoring progress using dedicated tools.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between Eurofins-Limed and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Billing Management: Handling invoicing and billing processes for both the laboratory and clients.
• Tools Development: Develop and optimize Project Management tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
• Compliance and Support: Stay updated on relevant regulations applicable to projects under their supervision, providing technical-scientific support to the commercial sector as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in science (CTF/Biology/Chemistry) is required.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilizing office and CRM programs effectively to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.
• Language Skills: English must be fluent in written and spoken. Proficiency in other languages advantageous.
