Software Engineer Team Lead

A global startup developing advanced Big Data technologies combined with Machine Learning and AI, enabling its clients to achieve continuous growth by personalizing the user experience, thus allowing significant growth for their customers.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station, they have 45 employees and plan to grow further in the coming year.

Role description: Reporting to the VP of R&D, managing one developer with an expectation to grow to two developers by the end of the year, and a QA and automation person. The role is 80% hands-on with React and NodeJS, with a tendency towards client-side or balanced, depending on the candidate. The environment includes AWS, Big Data, CI/CD, Docker, and high scale.

Requirements -

• Two years of experience as a Team Lead
• Eight years of development experience with a focus on the client side
• Experience in development with React
• Experience in development with NodeJS
