Vice President of Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President (VP) of Engineering to lead our engineering team and drive the development of our next-generation AI-first SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large, diverse engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a critical role that will shape the technical direction and execution of our product roadmap.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement the engineering strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives and product roadmap.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our SaaS multi-cloud orchestration platform and other software solutions.
• Ensure that the engineering team adheres to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality products.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team.
• Mentor and develop engineering leaders, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
• Regularly report to top management and senior external personnel on the company's technical capabilities and future direction.

Must-have Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with core Microsoft .NET technologies and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex, distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architectural patterns, and best practices in software development.
• Extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
