Embedded SW Team Leader

Responsibilities

Gather requirements from the Product Team to prepare Agile sprints.

Plan and lead to achieve goals.

Monitor and improve velocity, delivery quality, and the independence of team members.

Contribute to the codebase and product, adding value to the customer.

Qualifications

Over 7 years of Linux Embedded Software experience.

Over 2 years of experience as a Linux Embedded Software Team Leader.

Proficiency in C, C++, Bash/Shell, and networking.

Experience with Yocto/Buildroot/debian and Object-Oriented Design (OOD)

Hands-on approach.

Highly proficient in English and Hebrew.

Experience with source control and multi-threaded applications.

Advanage:

Experience with Linux kernel, Bluetooth, wireless, cellular, and CAN.

Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, Linux containers/Docker, and Python.

Knowledge of UML, GitLab, Flatbuf/Protobuf, OpenVPN, MQTT, and benchmarking.
