We are Pulseem, a marketing technology platform specializing in ecommerce and messaging outreach through various channels including newsletters, WhatsApp, and text messages.

We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to take our marketing efforts to the next level and drive our growth strategy

Responsibilities:

Analyze lead quality and optimize lead generation strategies

Create and manage monthly newsletters to engage our audience

Enhance our onboarding process by developing user-friendly guides and tutorial videos in collaboration with the Product Manager

Manage relationships with our website provider and various lead-generation vendors

Develop customer personas and segmentation strategies

Allocate resources effectively across different marketing initiatives

Identify and create new exposure opportunities such as conferences, webinars, and partnerships with other vendors

Develop strategies to emphasize our unique value proposition in the market

Think strategically about our overall marketing message and potential expansion into international markets

Implement and manage marketing analytics tools

Develop regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in marketing roles, with a track record of driving results
• Strong analytical skills for lead quality assessment and performance tracking
• Excellent content creation and communication skills
• Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing and social media
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
